2003-06-30 : Guestbook Game 3
1: If you could relive one year or time period of your life, either to do things differently or simply because it was such an enjoyable time for you, which would it be and why? I wouldn’t revisit any part of my past. Not because it was so horrible, but because I am past that. I don’t long for it. I prefer to think that I’ve learned my lessons and I meet the future head-on without looking back. 2: What is your favorite movie/story from your childhood? Books, fairy tales or even true personal stories also qualify. Probably The Princess Bride and Little Women (the second one, with Elizabeth Taylor) 3: If you could visit any city, state or region you haven't yet been, where would you go there, what would you do and why? (yes, I do realize these are multi-faceted questions, so I apologize). I would go to Vienna. Absorb the culture, the architecture, the arts, the intellengtsia. Actually, a few months ago, Jason and I were going to move there. Unfortunately, he decided that his life was here, after all. 4: What constitutes a perfect day for you, either in your wildest dreams or your day-to-day life, assuming one differs from the other? Perfect day…hmm. Curled up with a good book with a glass of wine or a martini of my own creation. That’s pretty much every Saturday for me. In my wildest dreams, I guess it would be jetting off to Paris for the day, shopping (and buying) at Chanel and Dior. 5: Who is the one person you have or have had a crush on that you're not exactly shouting about from the rooftops, for whatever reason (inevitable teasing from friends, etc.)? Real-life and celebrity people qualify. Well, I’m not shouting from the rooftops, but apparently I’m holding myself up to ridicule on the internet. Real-life, I think they know who they are. And I don’t tend to crush on celebrities. It’s intelligence or ambition that gets me going, not looks. Thanks to Christen for this divertissement. If you want to play, leave a message in the guestbook. {8:45 a.m.} |
