God, I'm freezing. It's fucking cold in my office. I can't even type this properly, my hands are so cold.

Friday night, I finally met the delightful Jano. People, this woman is hilarious. She is wonderful. I'm starting to think that not all women are insane.

We had tried to hook up before, but schedules didn't permit.

I met up with JonasParkerand his girlfriend Rose at Brutopia, Jano arrived shortly thereafter. After a couple of rounds, we made our way to Grumpy's to meet the man of the hour, Suj. It was his birthday. The three of us (JP, Jano and I) were resolved to not let him buy anything. Which led to a mad dash across the bar to catch him and drag him back to our table. The only problem was that to get to our table you had to climb a couple of steps.

Yeah, I fell. On my ass. Thank God it wasn't crowded.

I ended up drinking too much. I know this because I dragged Suj to every table and made them say Happy Birthday to him. I also somehow wound up talking to a couple of Russians.

I seem to remember making some guy at the jukebox choose songs that Suj wanted to hear. I don't know why I do these things. Really I don't.

The whole night was simple yet fun. I think it may even have been one of the best nights I've had in a while.

Jason and I got home at the same time. He had been at the studio, but had stopped off at his brother's place to say hi. Imagine his surprise to find out that there was a party going on. For Blossom. Most of our friends were there. I'm sure our invitation got lost in the mail.
